Using DBSynchronizer to Apply DML to an RDBMS
DBSynchronizer is a built-in AsyncEventListener implementation that you can use to asynchronously persist data to a third-party, JDBC 4.0-compliant RDBMS.
Pivotal includes sample code for the DBSynchronizer implementation in the examples/com/pivotal/gemfirexd/callbacks subdirectory of your GemFire XD installation directory. See the README.txt file in that directory for more information.
DBSynchronizer uses a number of parameters to configure connections to the third-party database, as well as synchronization behavior and error reporting. The full list of parameters is described in DBSynchronizer Initialization Parameters, and a full example configuration is shown in Configuring and Using DBSynchronizer.
